Q: Can I exchange or return my purchase?

A: All our products are final sale. However, If you have a problem with your order, please contact shop@naomibody.com

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Our products ship from Canada through Canada Post.

Shipping within Canada: 5-7 business days
Shipping to the US: 10 – 12 business days
Shipping Everywhere else: 10 – 14 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday.  Weekends and Holidays are excluded

Q: Why does my Paypal transaction show a different amount than my invoice?

A:  All prices are listed in USD.  The converted cost will be shown in your local currency in Paypal.

Q: Do you use refined butters in your products?

A: In order to provide you with the best natural products, we do not use any refined butters. This means our Shea butter and Cocoa butter is at it purest natural state when added to our products.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We offer flat rate shipping to Canada, US and UK. All other countries vary in price.

Canada – $10
USA – $15
United Kingdom – $20

Shipping to other countries varies in price. Please email shop@naomibody.com for exact pricing.

Q: Can I place a custom order with certain ingredients and/or scents?

A: Yes! We are able to take custom orders with a minimum order of 12 of the same product. Please contact shop@naomibody.com for pricing and detailed information
